Tho I don't understand why you placed your account through PlayNC at all. It was completely unnessecary to do so. I suggest you contact ArenaNet and PlayNC. Because, no one here can help you with this situation.

I have seen your screenshot... why don't you just press Next and enter the CD-Key that you purchased? This was how I activated my account at first.

Or have you put in the wrong email address and so they are asking for another CD-Key?

i was playing and all of a sudden i get the message that another person was logged in using my account. i logged in again and now my email isn't on the system. the key # is seen as a dup. i sent a help ticked.

well, i bet my days of playing are done.

If you ever downloaded any "hacks" that somehow "didn't do anything", then they were most likely keyloggers that stole your password.
